Sydney’s underworld violence took a terrifying turn Monday night, as chilling CCTV footage captured the moment two gunmen stormed into an Auburn kebab shop and opened fire, shooting three people, including notorious underworld figure Samimjan Azari.

The surveillance video shows a quiet evening abruptly erupting into chaos as the masked attackers enter the restaurant, guns drawn. Within seconds, a hail of bullets rings out, sending customers and staff diving for cover behind counters and tables.

One of the injured victims, Azari, is believed to have been the primary target. The other two victims are currently being treated in hospital, with authorities confirming their conditions as stable. The assailants fled the scene immediately, triggering a city-wide manhunt.
